Annual Recap '24, and Update for 2025

The results we have seen from our programs in 2024 are life-changing! The programs we are providing in 2025 are bigger and better, thanks to YOU for believing in and supporting our mission!
Check out Love Learning Music Therapist, Jamie, and her student writing a song about Captain Underpants, the popular book series. Songwriting is proven to help all people, especially young people to improve essential skills like:
Overcoming low mood/emotional dysregulation and learning situational context,
Increasing achievement and overcoming barriers,
Gaining empowerment through coping skills, feeling understood, self-expression, and positive relationships and support from others.
2024 Recap
2024 was a year of incredible growth and impact for Love Learning Music! We served 1,068 individuals through our music education, therapy, and resource provision programs, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of music. Our music therapy program provided support to 192 individuals, while 796 participants engaged in our music education programs. We also equipped 38 individuals with musical instruments and resources, ensuring access to essential tools for musical exploration and developmental growth. In May, we celebrated the hard work of our students and teachers with our first-ever recital event, showcasing their talents in drums, piano, guitar, and voice, and fostering a wonderful sense of community. We established seven new partnerships with schools and organizations, including the addition of a full-time music teacher at New Hope Academy. We are so grateful for our dedicated educators, therapists, volunteers, donors, and community partners who make our mission possible. Thank you for being part of the Love Learning Music family!
