April 2025 Newsletter

Summer Ends with Care, Love, and of course, more music!

We had an amazing past few months, and an even more amazing summer planned!

Benefit Concert

What a night! On Friday, March 28th, the Love Learning Music Benefit Concert in Brentwood, TN was an incredible success, filled with heartwarming music and an inspiring display of community support. We were thrilled to welcome almost 200 attendees who filled the venue with enthusiasm and generosity.

The evening showcased a fantastic lineup of talent, including Nashville singer-songwriter Jenny Teator, Grammy award-winner Michael W. Smith, The Photonics, and the Love Learning Music Rock Band. Their incredible performances resonated deeply with the audience, creating a truly memorable experience. This special evening wouldn't have been possible without the dedication of over 20 amazing volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. We also extend our deepest gratitude to our generous donors and sponsors, whose unwavering support is instrumental in furthering our mission. Thanks to their commitment and the incredible support of our community, we raised crucial funds to further Love Learning Music's mission of transforming young lives through music education and therapy right here in Middle Tennessee and beyond. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the first annual Love Learning Music Benefit Concert!

Music Therapy At Head Start

From April 7-11, 2025, Love Learning Music joined Nashville’s Head Start to celebrate Early Education Week and provide music therapy to their students. Three of Love Learning Music’s board-certified music therapists visited all the Head Start schools in Nashville throughout the week, collectively serving over 700 students! Our music therapists used a variety of musical activities to help the students improve their math, literacy, and social skills. The impact was profound, with the students learning about phonics, counting, and more through the power of music! Check out the photos below to see our music therapy program in action.
